Perhaps the incredibly dim, journalist-smearing, PR man Henry Harrison Topham advised his clients that sneaking out one of the worst results statements I have ever seen at 6.25 PM on the last day of the month on which it was promised would mean that nobody noticed. There is a reason why, despite all those expensive Harrow fees, Henry only managed to gain acceptance at Northumbria University when it was still Newcastle Polytechnic. For the sneaking out of what is an abomination only attracts attention to how bad this all is for Chill Brands (CHLL), the fraud formerly known as Zoetic (ZOE).

The FCA should have thrown the book at Standard Listed Zoetic (ZOE) when – with the shares at 76p on February 3 2021 – I passed it this damning dossier. It did not and Zoetic and its bent band of advisers, led by the journalist smearing mother Henry Harrison Topham of Buchanan, have taken this inaction as a cue to breach the disclosure rules in the most blatant way knowing that the FCA are toothless woke dullards. With the shares at just 43p to sell (and 43p overvalued) I have written to the FCA asking that it act on the latest rule breaches with, at the very least, a public censure.

On MyHeathChecked (MHC) I tidy up all the loose ends from yesterday’s options storm and i am confident that the greedy management have behaved in this way as the shares will head higher. On the fraud Zoetic (ZOE) I discuss the purchase of the domain name Chill.com and all the questions that throws up. I do know a bit about buying domain names and this is not what it seems. Then I cover the 2 questions that its financial adviser, Nick Harriss at Allenby and its scumbag PR Henry Harrison Topham will not respond to and which i will be taking up with the FCA tomorrow. It strikes me these are slam dunk rule breaches. Nick, at least, used to care about such matters.

Yesterday I attempted to contact Abchurch Communications which acts as PR spinners for most of the China frauds on AIM and even to those Chinese Companies so bogus that they could not quite make it onto the AIM casino - see HERE. Lead toff spinner Henry Harrison-Topham was already away from his desk but another upper class twit took my call but refused to answer any questions. He had so many silver spoons in his mouth that I could barely understand a word he said.
